Derrick Chew, 20, Undergraduate

Height: 1.73m

Weight: 63kg

Exercise regimen: I do mixed martial arts, work out in the gym or go wake-boarding as different sports give you different workouts. I do interval training to push myself harder. I vary the use of various weights stations so that every muscle gets a good workout every other day, allowing the muscles to recover for the next load. For cardio, I focus on interval swims and runs, such as 10 x 800m runs and 20 x 150m swims, with proportionate rest. I run casually at parks or reservoirs.

Diet: I eat anything that is nice but stick to grilled food and greens. I drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fish.

Jasmine Neo, 24, Undergraduate

Height: 1.55m

Weight: 45kg

Exercise regimen: I go to the gym every other day. Usually, I run for 20 minutes before my workout. I split it into two parts - upper body with core (abdominal) and lower body with core. I do squats as they work most of the major muscles in the butt, hips and thighs. For my abdominals, I do six sets of 30 crunches.

Diet: I take six small meals a day. I eat clean on weekdays and have cheat meals on weekends. I cook my own meals without seasoning. For breakfast, I have oatmeal with fruits or peanut butter with wholemeal bread. For lunch and dinner, I cook broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, two eggs, mixed veggies and chicken breast. I drink a lot of water and have soy milk after a gym workout
