This man is probably one you wouldn't want to mess with - he holds the title of having the biggest biceps in Russia.

Ukraine-born Denis Cyplenkov is a member of the Russian strongman team and the winner of multiple arm-wrestling championships. He said "arm wrestling has always lived in me, but at the amateur level."

In 2008, he began his path to becoming a professional arm wrestler when he was given the opportunity to train under armsport hero and coach, Kote Razmadze.

"I gladly agreed. Under his leadership, I became the owner of Intercontinental belt and won the world title among professionals," he said.

The strongman is reportedly over six feet tall and weighs 140kg.

He has a bicep circumference of 2 feet (63cm), an upper arm circumference of 1 feet 6 inches (46 cm) and a wrist circumference of 9 inches (24 cm).

As seen in pictures, his biceps are easily three times the size of a normal man's arm and the pinkie of his hand is bigger than the thumbs of most people.

How do you measure up to the proportions of Russia's strongman?

Photos in the gallery show Denis Tsyplenkov's growing up years, and journey to becoming an arm-wrestling champion.
