A 29-year-old South Korean woman underwent an amazing transformation on a South Korean documentary/reality show called "Let Me In".

Sonyong Moon is only in her 20s, but before the surgery, she could have been easily mistaken for a lady in her 40s because of her haggard features.

Starting from her early teens, other kids reportedly called Moon "Old Lady Face," which seriously damaged her self esteem.

According to Rocketnews24, the teasing continued into her twenties, when people started calling her "the 20-something grandma."

Moon was apparently considered so unattractive that her employers pressured her to quit her job because she was considered an eyesore around the office.

When she revealed her dramatic transformation, the Korean public was pleasantly shocked.

Due to her back-story of being discriminated against, Moon's name became the top Internet search term in Korea.

Moon appears to have had skin and dental problems before the surgery. Her total surgical fees came up to around US$100,000 (S$124,970). This included procedures such as a nose job, dental repairs and botox.
