Taiwanese doc accused of snapping nude photos of patients

TAIWAN - A popular cosmetic surgeon in Taiwan has been accused of taking nude photographs of his female patients who were under anaesthesia, reported China Press.

Dr Hung Hsin-Yu, who became an overnight sensation after performing a Gangnam Style parody with his doctors and nurses to promote his chain of clinics, was also said to have molested the patients.

After gaining fame, the 37-year-old was invited to be a guest on many variety shows on TV.

His former model girlfriend Li Wei exposed the scandal when she told Taiwan's Next Magazine that the victims comprised at least 10 celebrities and models.

A police team seized a computer and cellphone from Dr Hung during a raid at his home in Taipei.

Li, who began dating Dr Hung in February, said the doctor used to send her naked pictures of his patients.
