Hong Kong - Double Best Actress winner Sheren Tang buckled under stress last year while filming the follow-up to her 2004 hit drama, War And Beauty, and came down with a mood disorder.
But she told Apple Daily that, after a long period of rest, she has recovered.
The Best Actress winner at the TVB Anniversary Awards in 2009 and 2010 was rumoured last year to have been afflicted while filming the upcoming drama Beauty At War.
On Sunday, on her way to church, Tang, 47, said: "I'm well now. Perhaps it was the stress (of the filming). I've never felt like that... It was my first time."
But she said when filming ended, she felt better and decided to take long leave.
She said she will resume filming work on the mainland and will be promoting Beauty At War for TVB. It is expected to air next month.
