Basilico (Regent Singapore, Tel: 6725-3232) is offering a three-course Basilissimo dinner ($88) which includes an appetiser and dessert buffet (the cheese board is to die for) and a main course.
From April 4 to July 3, the focus is the Adriatic Sea region, known for its shellfish and classic ingredients such as olive, beetroot, green pea, duck leg and lamb.
My favourite main course selection is the colourful beetroot gnocchi with Boston lobster and asparagus cream.
The textures are as rich as the colours.
