Japan's top chicken ramen place, Menya Takeichi (#03-313, Suntec City Mall), serves a tasty no pork, no lard ramen.

The collagen-laden broth is made from simmering fresh chicken and chicken feet for hours.

It's a strong soup - it might be salty for some - but you can add clear soup to it.
