Every Friday at Dolce Vita (Mandarin Oriental, Singapore), chef de cuisine Omar Bernardi offers six diners a spot at the Chef's Table for a six-course dinner at $150 each, inclusive of wine or mocktail.
This month, the must-try is the creamy Treviso red radicchio risotto (above) with liberal portion of the mellow and addictive Asiago cheese. Also good is the whipped baccala (salted cod) dish, served on a bed of crispy polenta.
