Although he listed the property for US$15.9 million, he later sold it for just US$12.995 million.
The mansion is believed to be 11,500-square-foot in size, and sits on 1.7 acres of land.
It consists of a main building as well as a guest house, which has a total of 2 bedrooms.
The Hollywood star also had the luxury of using a 2,500-square-foot gym to train for his roles in action movies. A fitness buff, he also had a stadium basket ball court, boxing ring and swimming pool built in his house. There is even a spectacular waterfall which takes visitors' breaths away.
For his bedroom, Wahlberg built separate his and her bathrooms which allowed him and his wife Rhea Durham ample space to get ready in the mornings. There are also 4 other bedrooms in the house.
Realtor reported that Wahlberg enjoyed a beautiful canyon view from both his dining and living rooms, and also relaxed in an exquisite movie theatre which offered digital projection of his favourite shows.
