Ippudo's new outlet

The latest Ippudo outlet at Shaw Centre (#04-22/23) features otsumami (smaller dishes) for diners to share, a choice selection of teppan (hot plate) dishes and a new dish, the Tan Tan Tonkotsu ($16) with spicy minced pork miso, pork loin and fresh coriander.

But if you cannot live without Ippudo's signature ramen - Shiromaru Motoaji ($12) and Akamaru Shinaji ($13) - do not worry, they are also on the menu.
