The tenders for two residential sites at Upper Serangoon View have been awarded to Kingsford Development, which was the highest bidder for both sites on November 28.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the sites for sale on Septemer 30 this year.
The land parcels were offered for sale on 99-year lease terms.
Parcel A, which has a total area of 15,340.6 metre square, was awarded at a price of $258,800,000.
Parcel B, with a total area of 11,951.4 metre square, was awarded for $201,630,000.
