Learn how to make Christmas treats at Shermay's Cooking School

Herald the festive season with classic, colourful and healthy bakes and roasts. Chef Audrey Tan's hands-on classes include Festive Breads such as Christmas Wreath Bread, Jewish Challah, Ginger Loaf Bread with Cream Cheese Frosting, and Cheese, Mushroom and Onion Strata; and Christmas Breads such as Stollen, Pannettone, Kugelhupf and Gingerbread.

Chef Aki Watanabe presents Chic Christmas Treats recipes such as Cake Nougat Glace with candied fruit, raspberries and caramelised nuts, Pistachio Dacquoise Cake with fresh strawberries, Triple Chocolate Ice Cream with Amarena cherries and Cocoa Sable cookies, and vanilla and cocoa Langue De Chat cookies.

Chef Jackie Tay's Funfetti class covers colourfully decorated items such as Naked Cake with Rose Petal Jam, Cupcakes with Blueberry Jelly, and Cake Pops and Cake Truffles with Italian white chocolate.

Chef Christopher Tan takes the healthy angle with Multigrain Walnut Tosca Cake, European Wholewheat Nut Twist Bread, Fluffy Quinoa Pancakes, Crisp Cheese Thumbprint Cookies with Spicy Tomato Jam, and Sriracha-Marbled Cornbread.

Chef Patrick Heuberger debuts new Christmas recipes for Oven-Roasted French Quail with Dried Fruit Stuffing, Port and Black Trumpet Mushroom Sauce, Venison and Bacon Stew, and Roasted Beef Ribeye with Sauteed Onions, Bacon and Mushrooms.
