Learn key insights into uncertain market at SPH Digital's Property Seminar & Showcase 2016

SINGAPORE - Amid the uncertainty in the property market, property owners or investors can take the opportunity to reorganise their portfolio this year.

This is one of the key insights shared by PropNex Realty CEO Mohamed Ismail Gafoor, who was at the Singapore Press Holdings' (SPH) News Centre auditorium today for the SPH Digital Property Seminar & Showcase 2016.

He added that they can take stock of existing property and evaluate its potential over the next five to 10 years based on factors such as rental yield, potential capital appreciation and master plan rejuvenation.

Over 300 property investors attended the premier property seminar on its first of two days, which also featured topics such as predictions for Malaysian real estate, residential real estate investment, and using feng shui as a tool for success.

Those who wish to attend the seminar tomorrow can look forward to topics including tips on how to find the right investment opportunities in challenging times and how to price a property in a buyer's market.

The entry fee for the seminar is $15.

Other speakers lined up for the event include SRX Property co-founders Sam Baker and Jeremy Lee, the founder and chief researcher of Good Feng Shui Group of Companies master Kenny Hoo and the chief executive of Zeon Properties Leon Lee.

Alongside the seminar, there will be a free showcase of premium development projects.
