SINGAPORE - One Singapore firm has made it to the Forbes Asia Fab 50 list this year.

Integrated logistics solutions provider and supply chain management CWT Limited was ranked among the best big publicly-traded companies in the Asia Pacific region.

The 50 chosen companies represent the region's best out of 1,220 companies from the region, with at least US$3 billion in annual revenue or market capitalisation.

Companies are analysed in several areas, including revenue, profits, return on capital, share-price movements and outlook.

This year's winners not only survived but thrived amid testing times of slowing growth, gyrating currencies and stagnation in export markets in the US and Europe, Forbes Asia said.

CWT CEO Loi Pok Yen said in a statement last night that the firm was honoured to be recognised for achieving 'record-breaking results' driven by 'operational excellence and expanding commodity supply chain management business'.
