New clothing line Mikonoss wants to be known as a brand that offers exclusive yet affordable clothing with high quality material that does not need ironing.
"My collection caters to career women who need hassle-free clothes but still want to look elegantly beautiful," said Mikonoss creator and former Miss Malaysia Queen of the World Chelsea Chil.
"The dresses are adjustable and can fit small to large sizes, which makes losing or putting on weight less worrying," said Chil.
During the Mikonoss Spring/ Summer 2017 photo shoot, the brand featured women of various shapes, sizes and professions.
They included breast cancer survivor Leong Wai Teng, who advised others to always stay strong and take good care of themselves.
"A woman's beauty lies in how she carries herself," said Leong.
Mother-of-three and plus-sized model Linda Mahmud advised women to stop trying to be thin.
"Being healthy is much more important. You will always be beautiful no matter what size you are," she said.
Chil added she chose vibrant and tropical designs for the theme of her collection.
"Women deserve colour in their everyday life and wearing something bright brings happiness and joy.
"Life should be a celebration and vibrant colours boost a woman's confidence too," said Chil.
