Malaysia teachers call for the abolition of the SPPBS

Sin Chew Daily reported that a group of teachers had set up a Facebook page calling for the abolition of the SPPBS (School Based Assessment Management System).

The page noted that once it collected 200,000 "likes", the group would submit a petition to the Prime Minister, Education Ministry, other ministers and the media for the system to be abolished.

It was reported that by Sunday, the page had collected over 24,000 "likes".
