Malaysia's anti-graft agency raids KL apartment of 1MDB-linked Jho Low

PETALING JAYA - An apartment belonging to financier Low Taek Jho, the alleged mastermind at troubled state fund 1MDB, has been raided by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

A raiding team from the agency was spotted at a serviced apartment unit in Malaysia's capital Kuala Lumpur belonging to Mr Low, who is better known as Jho Low.

Sources told The Star that the team raided the serviced residence unit on Wednesday (June 27).

It was learnt that someone tipped off the graft-busters about the house.

Another source familiar with the investigations said however, nothing significant was discovered in the house.
