MH370: Johor Sultan: State flags at half mast

JOHOR BARU - The Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar decreed for the state flags at government offices and its building to set at half mast as a mark of respect for the Malaysia Airlines MH370 passengers.

MH370 went off radar on March 8.

Yesterday Prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak in an unscheduled press conference held at PWTC said satellite data confirms that the Boeing 777 with 239 passengers and crew members had ended in the Southern Indian Ocean.

Sultan Ibrahim said he and his family extends their condolences to those who lost their family members.

Johoreans are also advise to offer prayers to those feared perished.
