PETALING JAYA - It seems Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's trolling of Pakatan Harapan is not stopping anytime soon.

In fact, he has taken it up a notch by poking fun at the ruling coalition with a Malay rendition of the Manhattans song, Kiss and Say Goodbye.

In a soft sing-song voice before the song begins, the former prime minister says: "This is the saddest day of my life. Since May 9, 2018, I was ousted.

"All this while ,I have been fighting for the people who I really love.

"But what can I do. I was abused by Pakatan Harapan with their agenda of revenge and slander. But I surrender to God to be given the strength to reorganise Barisan."

With that Najib, accompanied by about 15 other people in the studio, launches into the song, singing and swaying.

"Hopes as high as mountains/but crushed to become dust/I believed in you/all your promises," goes the lyric in one part of the song.

However, the wording for the most part are hard to make out.

The video clip of the performance has been ciculating on social media, with Najib appearing to relish his strange, newfound fame as a social media phenomenon and entertainer of sort.

And he is gaining followers online as his arty trolling of Pakatan on the Internet garners attention and laughter. His jab at Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad last week was also a hit.

He also caused a stir on social media when he uploaded a picture of himself posing on a Yamaha motorcycle with the phrase "Malu apa, bossku".
