SINGAPORE - A Malaysian-registered trailer was involved in an accident on the East Coast Parkway near the Maxwell Road exit at about 2pm on Tuesday.
Its windscreen was broken and a mattress lay on the road.
A Singapore Civil Defence Force spokesman said the driver, who suffered abrasions, and a passenger, who had a fractured collar bone, were taken to Singapore General Hospital.
