Microsoft bans Xbox One users for 'excessive foul language'

The Xbox One's Kinect sensor is a high-tech piece of equipment capable of sensing your heart beat, voice and even which direction you are twiddling your thumbs. It lets the Xbox One see and hear everything it needs and apparently, the Xbox One does not like being sworn at.
Users are reporting that they are being temporarily banned from using the Upload Studio app after uploading content which contained "excessive foul language".
A Reddit user, MacedonianWolf said: "I made a video and said a bad word (not really a swear in my opinion, but I do understand their displeasure - the nickname of the name Richard) and now I am not able to put Kinect videos on my uploads or upload gameplay at all."
This has led to some confusion as to whether or not Microsoft also monitors Skype conversations. In response, a Microsoft spokesperson confirmed that Skype conversation are not monitored but said that the company is serious about making a "clean, safe, and fun environment for all users", and that "excessive profanity as well as other Code of Conduct violations will be enforced upon and result in suspension of some or all privileges on Xbox Live."
