Money can't buy happiness

Money can't buy happiness

Singaporeans should be content with what they have and not yearn for more.

Many struggle in the rat race to achieve financial stability, sacrificing their family time and health.

We should realise that there are other things more important than making money; we should not neglect the people around us.

As a polytechnic student with a weekend job, I do make time for my family and also give myself some time to rest.

Singaporeans are too competitive and tend to judge people based on their financial status.

As the saying goes: "Contentment is natural wealth, luxury is artificial poverty."

Having more money does not guarantee happiness. Be content with what you have and live life happily.
