Motor racing: Vettel seals 4th straight F1 title

GREATER NOIDA, India - Germany's Sebastian Vettel became Formula One's youngest four-time world champion on Sunday, after winning the Indian Grand Prix for Red Bull.

The Austrian team also took the constructors' championship for the fourth year in a row.

The victory from pole position was the 26-year-old's sixth in a row and completed a hat-trick of wins in India, where no other driver has won since the race made its debut in 2011.

Vettel becames the fourth quadruple champion and only the third driver to win four titles in a row, after Germany's seven-time champion Michael Schumacher and the late Argentinian Juan Manuel Fangio. Frenchman Alain Prost also won four titles.

German compatriot Nico Rosberg finished second to Vettel in his Mercedes 29.823sec behind with Romain Grosjean of France, in a Lotus, third after starting from 17th spot.

Vettel's closest challenger Fernando Alonso, champion in 2005 and 2006, ended outside the points.
