LionsXII football players for the 2013 season.

SINGAPORE - Join Shahril Ishak and Co. as they start their Malaysia Cup journey against Kedah on Aug 20 at the Jalan Besar Stadium.

Tickets for the competition, priced between $4 and $15 for single matches, go on sale today.

Group stage packages - tickets for the LionsXII's three home games in the opening round - are also available at $25 and $40.

The Singapore team clinched the Malaysian Super League title last month, Singapore's first since 1994 when Douglas Moore's outfit clinched the league and Malaysia Cup double.

V Sundramoorthy's men have a chance to match that success this season.

The LionsXII's Malaysia Cup campaign kicks off in Group D, which also includes Perak and Sarawak.

After hosting Kedah, the LionsXII welcome Perak (Aug 31) and Sarawak (Sept 18) to the Jalan Besar Stadium.

The top two teams will progress to the quarterfinals.

Fans can buy their tickets from Ticketbooth's website or its 12 outlets, or at AXS machines islandwide until 4pm on match days.

Subject to availability, tickets will go on sale from 4.30pm on match days at the stadium's North Gate.

StarHub, NTUC Union, HomeTeamNS and Safra members are entitled to a 10 per cent discount on regular-priced adult tickets, excluding the group-stage packages.

Fans may also use the ticket stubs from the games for complimentary entry to the Courts Young Lions' home matches at the stadium.
