New addition to Hotel Fort Canning's Turkey Signature Creations series

Spice up your Christmas table with a new addition to the Turkey Signature Creations series, created by chef Nick Ng.

There is Peri-Peri Roast Turkey ($148+, serving six to eight persons) seasoned with chillies, rosemary, thyme, ginger and garlic, served with Portuguese Paprika Roasted Potatoes. Also available are signature Tom Yum Roast Turkey ($138+) and Traditional Roast Turkey ($138+); Honey-Baked Ham ($80+ for a 2kg ham); Vegetarian Lasagne ($60+); and log cakes in Tiramisu, Chocolate Banana and Chocolate Mousse with Pearls flavours ($62+ each); and assorted cookies ($25+).
