New cocktails at Catalunya

Catalunya Bar kicks off the new year with inventive new cocktails.

The drinks include Big In Japan (Ardbeg Ten whisky, sencha and matcha teas, Akashi Tai Honjozo Gensu sake, Johnnie Walker Black Label, Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur, honey and lemon); Mumbai Colada (Indian bitters, garam masala, house-made Kaya Mix syrup of kaya, vanilla pods, bourbon and butter, coriander, Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, lemon, black cardamom syrup, mustard-macerated Johnnie Walker Black Label and Kaya Mix syrup); Bloody Maria (Don Julio Blanco tequila, celery, lemon, cherry tomato and Korean kimchi seasoning); Galangal Style (Belvedere vodka, sencha, galangal root beer, lemongrass, celery bitters, celery, galangal, lemon and jasmine syrup); Espressamente Martini (Belvedere vodka, freshly brewed espresso, marmalade, Luxardo espresso and J.Y.'s Special Cream); and The One I Had Last Time (Johnnie Walker Black Label, Mancino Rosso, Pedro Jimenez, orgeat, honey, orange, lemon and old ginger).
