InterContinental Hotels Group opened its first Hotel Indigo boutique branch in Paris last month.
Called Hotel Indigo Paris-Opera, it is the 10-year old brand's 60th hotel globally, but its first hotel in France. The hotel has 57 spacious rooms, suites and duplex apartments, which start at €290 (S$470) a night, some with views of the Eiffel Tower.
Located in the heart of the city's entertainment district, Hotel Indigo Paris-Opera is surrounded by theatres and restaurants.
The hotel houses Tartares restaurant - a bar and restaurant created in homage to the steak tartare - a dish of finely chopped raw beef mixed with condiments such as raw egg, capers and onions which is one of France's most-loved delicacies.
