Discounted mobile plans for seniors

SINGAPORE - SingTel Tuesday announced postpaid mobile plans that are discounted for its customers aged 55 and above.

The subscription rate for the nation's first 4G-enabled mobile data plans for seniors are $22.32 for 100MB of high-speed data under the Seniors SuperLite plan and $31.92 for 2GB under the Seniors Lite plan.

Seniors can pick from a selection of handsets at no extra charge.

Both plans come with 100 minutes of local outgoing talk time and free incoming calls.

Existing subscribers who are eligible can enjoy a 20 per cent discount off the regular subscription when they renew their contract.
