France to open visa office in Kochi

FRANCE - French ambassador Francois Richier revealed that France will be opening offices for visa application and Campus France, the French higher education promotion agency, in Kochi by the end of the year. France had provided visas to 3,000 Indian students last year, of whom 300 were on French scholarships. Mr Richier added that France is looking for more opportunities to invest in Kerala and more engagement of French companies in the private sector.
