Asia's largest kitchenware and tableware retail store offers two festive classes.
At the Baking With Kenwood demonstration class, chef Julie Yee will teach students how to whip up and decorate Hotel Style Dark Rich Fruit Cake with liquor- or orange juice-soaked fruits, and Christmas Nutella Chocolate Ring Cake, a light butter cake with Nutella swirls.
At chef Felix Chong's hands-on Christmas Indulgence class, students will pair up to prepare a three-course menu of Gratinated Portobello Mushroom with Bacon, Macadamia Nuts & Cheddar Cheese Fondue, roasted Balsamic Honey Spring Chicken and Raspberry Souffle.
