FROZEN FEVER AT BREADTALK

In conjunction with Disney's latest animated short, Frozen Fever, BreadTalk is debuting a new cake and bun collection. It includes the Olaf In Spring ($45) cake, with light sponge cake, Chantilly cheese cream, fruits, white chocolate ganache and matcha sponge crumble; and Snow Cones ($4.50 each), almond sponge topped with mousse centres in flavours such as Chocolate Fever and Orange Breeze, and crowned with character toppers.

DURIAN FIESTA AT GOODWOOD PARK

Goodwood Park Hotel's Durian Fiesta returns for Singapore's Jubilee year with six new creations. They include the Durian Rainbow Ice Cream Cake ($11.75 a piece), striped sponge with D24 ice cream; and Durian Carrot-Walnut Cake ($11.75 a slice, $72.75 a whole cake), carrot and walnut layer cake with pulpy durian cream and toasted almonds. The new items join all-time favourites such as Durian Puff (from $8.55 for two) and Durian Mousse Cake ($11.75 a slice, whole cakes from $68.50). All items except the Durian Egg Tartlets are available for takeaway from the Deli.

CHOCOMANIA AT KRISPY KREME

To mark the unveiling of its new outlet at Jurong Point 2 and the upcoming one at Suntec City Mall (April 6), Krispy Kreme introduces limited-edition ChocoMania creations ($2.95 each), such as the Mocha Crisp, with rich Mocha Icing and topped with crumbled biscuit.
