Redesigned a la carte menu at Restaurant Hoshigaoka

Japanese family-style Restaurant Hoshigaoka launches a redesigned a la carte menu, available at all four outlets, with new signature dishes and set meals for kids.

Among the highlights are Black Pepper Gindara Teishoku, a set centred on tender codfish with homemade black pepper sauce, asparagus, sliced onions and carrots; and Goma Beef Houba Yaki, 30-day aged New Zealand Rib Eye Beef marinated with sesame sauce, on a magnolia houba leaf.

The kid's menu, featuring dishes such as omelette sushi, octopus balls and mini udon, is served in cute tableware designs, including panda and airplane shapes.
