SINGAPORE - Passengers of a Singapore Airlines flight from Ho Chi Minh City had to wait over an hour for their luggage after arriving at Changi Airport yesterday.
One of the passengers, known only as Charles, told citizen journalism Stomp that the incident happened at around 11pm. The flight, SQ185, had landed at 10.55pm.
Charles added that there was also a long queue for taxis.
The Stomp reader said he was told by service officers that the wait was due to "too many planes arriving at the same time" and "not enough belts".
He commented: "Is Changi reaching a capacity that is too full to remain efficient?"
