SINGAPORE - It was a tearful occasion as the family of Mr Tan Boon Sin, 67, and Mr Tan Chee Heong, 42 - victims of the Kovan double murder last Wednesday - turned up at the mortuary at 12:35pm Sunday to claim their bodies.
