NZ brunch at Oscar's

The Sunday brunch at Oscar's in Conrad hotel takes on a New Zealand focus this month, with a spread of dishes prepared by executive sous chef Bernard Bernabe (above), a New Zealander.

Besides the usual spread of cold starters and desserts, there is a range of hot dishes such as crayfish tortellini with smoked snapper, New Zealand seafood bouillabaise with Otago saffron rouille and pan-seared Waikato beef entrecote with horseradish puree.
