Singapore leg of Tiger Street Football 2013 postponed

SINGAPORE - Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (APBS) has taken the decision to postpone the Singapore leg of Tiger Street Football 2013.

Here is the press statement from APBS:

In view of the recent haze conditions, Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore (APBS) has taken the decision to postpone the Singapore leg of Tiger Street Football 2013 national qualifiers on Jul 6 and 7, 2013 and the main tournament on Jul 19 and 20, 2013.

While we have been excited and working hard together with our partners to host the third instalment of the popular Tiger Street Football in Singapore, we do not wish to compromise the health and safety of participants, employees and fans as that has always been our priority in the organisation of the event.

Together with our event partners, we are evaluating a suitable time to host the tournament this year. We will be making an announcement on the new dates for the national qualifiers and the main tournament in due course.

Participants who have signed up for the qualifying rounds will be notified of the changes at a later date.

In the meantime, fans can look out for additional announcements and updates on www.tigerstreetfootball.com and www.facebook.com/TigerFootballSG.
