Oh, Go On, Spoil Them!

Oh, Go On, Spoil Them!

Your little ones have worked hard all year, so here are some readers' picks for the nicest playgrounds in Singapore to take them for an afternoon of fun.

Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park
Along Bishan Road and Ang Mo Kio Ave 1
"I like taking my two boys there because there's so much to do. We feed the fish in the ponds, then head for the playgrounds, which are so spacious that kids won't bump against one another when they play. They have uniquely-shaped climbing structures too. Grub restaurant is nearby, so we grab a bite there when we're done." - Judy Wang, 35, freelance designer

The 3 House
Level 2, 5 Changi Business Park Central 1, tel: 6511-1088
"This outdoor playground at Changi City Point is free and features an interactive wet playground that my toddler loves. He can spend hours splashing around in the gentle, mini pools. It's a five-minute drive from home, so I can take him there after work." - Maggie Phee, 35, finance manager

Cool de Sac
#02-379/80 & #02-384/85 Suntec City Mall, 3 Temasek Boulevard, tel: 6337-0205
"A dream come true for little ones, Cool de Sac is my kids' absolute favourite hangout. It has a mammoth indoor playground featuring a multistorey structure with interesting 'stations' to keep kids entertained. There's plenty of space for them to run around, and there are sitting areas for parents, so you can watch over your kids." - Serina Perera, 42, writer

The Polliwogs
#03-12 Vivocity, tel: 6376-8097; #02-18/19 Robertson Walk, tel: 6737-0982
"The Polliwogs ranks as one of the best indoor playgrounds in my book because the play area is very well maintained. Even the eating area is completely child-proof, with furniture that has rounded edges - including the chairs. It's also wallet-friendly - on weekends, it costs $10 for two hours!" - Joanna Goy, 28, relationship manager
