Singaporeans sure love their ramen with more than 100 ramen stores located here! But what if you are looking for something truly unique?

In this week's The SoShiok Show, we have a special treat as we try out the only crab stock ramen here in Singapore!

Qian and Olivia head over to Keisuke Tokyo Ramen to try the dish ($13.90, $15.90 with egg) and find out if it is any good.

Well firstly, the crab stock takes over eight hours to prepare. Crab shells are stir fried in a wok first before boiling the shells in stock.

The result? A soup with thick consistency similar to crab bisque. You won't find crab meat in the dish, but the usual ramen toppings of egg, charshu and bamboo shoots.

They also tried popular dishes such as the ramen dog - hotdog topped with chashu, fried noodles and teriyaki sauce; crab stock ramen gratin; gyoza and menchi cutlet.

Watch the video to find out what their verdict on the dish is.
