Perched on the 40th storey of the CapitaGreen building in the Central Business District is a contemporary Mediterranean rooftop grill restaurant and bar.

The restaurant, which opens tomorrow, serves grass-fed and hormone-free meats that are charcoal-grilled, as well as a wide selection of vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

Chill out at the sprawling 15,000 sq ft Sky Garden, which serves cocktails and organic and biodynamic wines sourced from the Mediterranean.

Artemis Grill is owned by the Red Door Group, which runs Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse and Restaurant in Mohamed Sultan Road, as well as Soi 60 Thai Restaurant in Robertson Quay.
