Roti saimai (above), a popular snack from Ayutthaya, Thailand, has made its way to Singapore. The paper-thin crepes and strands of floss are made fresh daily at Fairyfloss.
Each set has 10 pandan crepes and two floss colours ($12.90) for customers to make their own crepes at home for a fun dessert.
There is also a trio set with 10 pandan crepes and three floss colours ($13.90), and a Fairy-Colourful set ($19.90) with 10 colourful crepes and seven floss colours.
Fairyfloss also caters for events - good for picture-perfect birthday parties.
