Good news for those sick of waffles and pancakes.
Dutch baby pancakes or German pancakes - which are baked in a cast-iron oven - are fast becoming the next hot thing.
Hot Pans at Simpang Bedok is serving a variety of eggy, souffle-like pancakes. Flavours include Lemony Mixed Berries, Pear and Apple Crumble and Cinnamon Apple Cookie. Prices start at $5.50.
Later this month, look out for savoury versions of the Dutch babies, as well as main courses such as rosti and baked rice.

Open: Noon to 10pm, Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Monday
