Open For Business: The Lookout

Open For Business: The Lookout

Wine and dine your dinner date in style at The Lookout, the latest addition to The Fullerton Heritage precinct.

Located at Customs House, which was built in the 1960s, the 23m-high Lookout used to be the vantage point from which police would look out for boats attempting to smuggle goods into Singapore.

The restaurant is ideal for special celebrations and it offers a cocktails menu or degustation dinner with wine pairing. Both cost $588 for two and the package includes rides to and from The Lookout in a chauffeured vintage Rolls Royce.

The cocktails menu features drinks with a caviar and oyster buffet and a free flow of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Brut Champagne NV for two hours.

The degustation dinner includes dishes such as 36-month-aged Iberico with fig jam and toasted farm bread, poached lobster with saffron aioli and truffle sauce, wagyu roast beef and Fullerton Valrhona Manjari chocolate cake.

Where: Customs House, 70 Collyer Quay (diners need to climb a flight of stairs to get to The Lookout)

Open: 6pm till late daily
