Fans of the popular Naughty Nuri's in Ubud, Bali, can finally sink their teeth into its succulent barbecued pork ribs at Capitol Piazza.
The 3,200 sq ft restaurant seats 90 diners, with two private dining mezzanine areas - in the same space previously occupied by Japanese bar-restaurant Zaku. Naughty Nuri's Singapore is run by Massive Collective, which operates Vatos Urban Tacos at South Beach Quarter.
Menu highlights include the signature barbecued pork ribs ($18.80 for half rack, $35.80 for full rack, photo 2), which comes with housemade kecap manis chilli sauce; Soup Buntut ($6.80), a Javanese oxtail broth; and beef rendang ($9.80).
There are set meals for two to three people, with dishes such as sambal prawns, buffalo drumlets, and gula melaka creme brulee on the Indonesian menu ($79.80).
Mixologist Ricky Paiva helms the bar, serving Nuri's signature martini ($19.50) and cocktails such as Coco De Aqua ($16.50) with Plantation 3-star rum, lime juice and carbonated coconut water.
