Open For Business: The Quay Kitchen and Bar

Enjoy quayside dining at the two-month-old Quay Kitchen and Bar, which serves Western cuisine as well as tapas.

Dishes at the 80-seat restaurant include 86 Burger ($20) with Angus beef and served with fries; kale salad ($12) with avocado, corn and shawarma chicken; crunchy baby squid ($10) and jambalaya ($24), which comes with prawns, chicken, piquillo peppers and onions.

Other items include salmon ($20) with spinach, aligot potato and lemongrass sauce; bacon pizza ($16); crispy spicy wings ($10); pork and mushroom wontons with soy ginger dip ($8) and chicken sandwich ($16, photo 3).

Brunch items (8am to 3pm) include Beni ($12), with two poached eggs, jamon, salad and rye toast; gruyere cheese omelette and portobello mushroom ($12) and waffles with Nutella ice cream ($8).
