Open For Business: Terra Rooftop Bar

The latest addition to Suntec City's Sky Garden is this 3,800 sq ft Latin American-inspired bar by lifestyle and entertainment group Limited Edition Concepts.
The 27m-long terrazzo-panelled bar serves innovative cocktails infused with botanicals, such as thyme, mint and basil. Sip on the Aloevation ($18), a concoction of gin, aloe vera juice, lime and dill, and Viva Brasil ($18), which blends cachaca (a spirit made from sugarcane juice) with pineapple, agave and rosemary syrup.
Light bites include Chorizo Empanadas ($14), which are fried parcels stuffed with diced chorizo and minced pork; Gambas Con Chocolate ($14), sauteed prawns in a spicy chocolate sauce; and Seafood Chimichanga ($16), which has sauteed mussels, squid, prawns, fish and vegetables encased in a deep-fried tortilla.
