TIO PEPE SHERRY BAR
Opened last Friday, Asia's first Tio Pepe Sherry Bar is located at fine-dining restaurant and tapas bar UNA at One Rochester.
The bar offers tipples such as the Tio Pepe Fino Muy Seco (from $20 a glass), made with the Palomino grape varietal. It is a full-bodied, crisp, dry wine. For sweet wines, go for the Noe, made from the Pedro Ximenez grape varietal (from $28 a glass). The dessert wine has an aroma of figs, coffee and spices.
The sherry bar also offers bar bites from UNA's tapas bar. Items include marinated anchovies ($19) and octopus, Ratte potatoes and smoked paprika ($29).

LEGENDARY HONG KONG
Legendary Hong Kong brings a taste of Cantonese cuisine to the west of Singapore. The restaurant offers more than 100 items on its menu, with signature dishes such as crispy pork belly ($12.80) and barbecued pork ($10.80).
For drinks, have the Hong Kong-style milk tea ($2.20 for hot, $2.80 for cold).

Taiyaki is a Japanese pancake filled with sweet treats and this takeaway stall specialising in it originates from Yokohama. Some of the top-selling flavours include the Matcha & Azuki ($4.90, right), Hokkaido Soft Ice Cream ($5.90) and the Strawberry Chocolate ($4.90).

Japanese restaurant Saboten opens its third outlet at 313@Somerset. Items include the Iberico Loin Katsu ($28), featuring pork from acorn-fed black Iberian pigs, which has a better marbling. The dish is an opening special and is available only till the end of this month.
Another exclusive dish at the outlet is the Fried Jumbo Prawn Set ($26), which uses large wild black tiger prawn.

Opened last month , the two-storey Bar Naked at Club Street serves cocktails and bar bites.
Some of the signature cocktails include Malt Jockey ($28), with Monkey Shoulder whisky, sweet vermouth, chocolate bitters and Maraschino.
Bar bites include truffle fries ($16) and popcorn chicken ($14).

This 30-seat bakery serves French pastries and bread. Items include Le Croissant ($2.80), Lemon Meringue Tart ($6) and Chaussons Au Pomme ($3.80), an apple turnover. Breads include ciabatta ($2.80), rustic baguette ($3) and Pan Au Tomate ($3.80).
