Open For Business: WOK 15 Kitchen

This Cantonese restaurant is a recent addition to the dining options at ONE 15 Marina Club in Sentosa Cove. Helmed by executive chef Chum Kar Ho, the menu has an extensive line-up of appetisers, soups, seafood, barbecue dishes and dim sum.

Signature dishes include chilli crab ($80 a kg) and grilled sea cucumber and fish maw with scallions ($32). Appetisers include deep-fried eggplant topped with chicken floss ($8) and Japanese Greenhouse tomato drenched in a wasabi-infused seasame sauce ($8). There are also soups such as braised fish maw and bamboo pith in pumpkin broth ($10 a person) and double-boiled yellow melon soup with seafood ($14 a person).
