CPIB and ICA to get new leaders

THE Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) and Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will each see new leaders in the coming months.
The current Commissioner of ICA, Mr Eric Tan Chong Sian, will take over as the Director of CPIB from October 1 onwards.
He succeeds Mr Soh Kee Hean, who will move to the Ministry of National Development as Deputy Executive Director (Designate), Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
Mr Soh was instrumental in developing new operational capabilities to deal with challenges and contributed to international efforts in anti-corruption.
He chaired the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts Task Force in 2009.
Mr Tan will relinquish his appointment as Commissioner of ICA.
The current Deputy Commissioner (Operations) of ICA, Mr Clarence Yeo Gek Loeng, 51, will take over as Commissioner for ICA from September 1.
