Property-tax rebate to ease impact of hike

SINAGPORE - All owner-occupiers of one- and two-room Housing Board flats will not pay property tax next year, similar to this year, said the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore yesterday.

For most other HDB flat types, the property-tax bill for next year will rise by between $40 and $50, after a $40 rebate.
