Put your email on business class

Not all e-mail services are created equal and, just like travelling on a plane, business class has its privileges.

With Microsoft Outlook running on an Office 365 subscription, small and medium-sized enterprises can get premium e-mail services without the hassle of setting up and maintaining their own e-mail servers. That is because Microsoft hosts the e-mail servers, so users can focus on their businesses without worrying about the technical details.

Outlook on Office 365 has data loss prevention features, which automatically block users from incorporating credit card, NRIC, passport and other confidential numbers into their e-mail messages. The software automatically recognises the nature of the numbers by studying their patterns.

Last but not least, employees can easily access one another's work calendars - great for setting up meetings which involve users from different departments of the company.
